We contact prospective candidates, hold interviews, gather the necessary information, check references and shortlist candidates based on the skills required.

Step 4.

Our team facilitates the interview process with the shortlisted candidates and your team.

Step 5.

Once the candidate is selected, we communicate with the successful candidate and those who were unsuccessful to let them know the outcome of the interview process.
