Our clients engage our Talent Pipelining services if they need to recruit and employ individuals with a similar skill set on a regular basis. This process reduces the time to hire as our team maintains contact with individuals earmarked as ‘potential future candidates’ on behalf of Clients. A formal interviewing and recruiting process can then be initiated with suitable talent as soon as a vacancy becomes available.
